Hot, warm water and canalization system is installed in the boiler-room, a place for washing machine is prepared.

Installation of home currents: Equipped interior strong current installation. Draft lighting system is established on the stairwell. Three-phase feeding for the cooker is installed. Two outlets made for outdoor illumination. Telephone connection is installed – a socket on every floor and a connection of television cables – two sockets on each floor. Two television cables are led from the commutation board to the planned location of aerial erection. There is a possibility to lead in the communication cable to the house. Territory arrangement: The territory which is not occupied with constructions is smoothed. 100x200x60 mm splay of rectangular grey tiles is installed around the house. 100x200x60 mm access to the summerhouse is made of grey rectangular tiles and the same path is made from the summerhouse to the door. Foot cleaning pit is installed next to the main door. The block is fenced. An arbour for cars, entrance awning, terrace awning are constructed.
